Ingredients

  • 125 ml lime juice
  • 120 ml fish sauce
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 7 g Korean chilli powder
  • 2 cm knob ginger – peeled and sliced
  • 1 large clove garlic – peeled and sliced

Method

Combine the first 4 ingredients and whisk until the brown sugar has dissolved. Place the sliced ginger and garlic in the dressing to infuse. Refrigerate until needed.
