  • 1 whole garlic bulb

Method

Wrap a whole garlic bulb in foil and place in dehydrator at 54°C for 3 weeks. Remove the cloves from the bulb and dehydrate for a further 48 hours.

Once completely dry, blend to a powder. Store in an airtight container and use as a dusting to finish.
