  • 250 g fresh dill


Pick the dill off the stalk. Place on a dehydrator rack and dehydrate at 45°C for 12 hours. The dried fronds are a great garnish. Once dried, blend to a powder in a spice grinder or coffee grinder. Vacuum seal, making sure not to crush the powder, and reserve for plating.
