  • 100 g pork skin
  • 50 g rock salt


Cover the pork skin in rock salt and leave for 8 hours. Brush off the salt and bake at 220°C for 13 minutes until crunchy.

Place the crackling in a blender and blend to a powder. Store in an airtight container.
