  • 415 ml ginger beer
  • 85 ml water
  • 6 g


Heat the ginger beer and water. Add the agar agar and bring to the boil. Boil for 2 minutes and then remove from the heat. Pour into a container and allow to set in the fridge. Once set, blend in a Thermomix jug to form a gel. Transfer to a piping bag and refrigerate until needed.
