Blend the spinach and water in a Thermomix jug. Add the mixture to a pot and heat gently – the water must not move until the chlorophyll solids separate from the liquid.
Once the chlorophyll layer forms on the surface, gently scoop out the solids using a slotted spoon and place on muslin cloth or paper towels to drain.
When well drained, scoop the solid chlorophyll from the muslin cloth and reserve. Keep chilled in a vacuum bag.
