  • 75 g ginger root – grated on a microplane
  • 250 ml canola/olive oil blend


Peel the ginger root and slice it into finger-thick sections. Combine with the oil in a pot. Bring the oil up to 70°C and leave the ginger to infuse for 2 hours.
