  • 200 g kale
  • 1 litre canola/olive oil blend
  • ice – for cooling


Chiffonade (very finely slice) the kale leaves with the stalks. In a Thermomix jug, heat half the oil on 80°C.

Add half the kale and blend for 5 minutes without the heat. Repeat with the remaining kale. Cool over ice immediately and strain through an oil filter.
