  • 125 g dried cannellini beans – or other white beans
  • 2 g garlic – sliced

Soak the white beans overnight in cold water, then strain the beans and transfer to a pot. Cover the beans with water and boil until they are soft. Once cooked, strain the beans and transfer to a Thermomix jug or use a blender.
