  • 200 g isomalt sugar
  • 40 g black sesame seeds


Heat the isomalt sugar in a small pot until completely dissolved without changing colour. Allow to cool slightly and add the black sesame seeds. Wait for the sugar to cool slightly then pull, and store in an airtight container.
