  • 450 ml canola/olive oil blend
  • 1 litre white wine
  • 750 ml water
  • 500 ml white wine vinegar
  • 25 g salt
  • 1 bouquet garni


In a pot, combine the liquids, salt and bouquet garni and heat to dissolve the salt. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until needed.
