Ingredients

  • 500 ml rice wine vinegar
  • ½ jalapeno chilli
  • 4 prickly pears – peeled

Method

Blend the rice wine vinegar and jalapeno together, then strain. Quarter the prickly pear and place in a vacuum bag with the jalapeno pickle. Vacuum and store for 2 days before using.
