Ingredients

  • 350 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 75 ml water
  • 30 g salt
  • 7 g black peppercorns
  • 7 g coriander seeds
  • 7 g fennel seeds
  • 75 g sugar

Method

Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat to dissolve the sugar and salt. Leave to cool and then refrigerate.
