  • 50 g–100 g butter
  • 1 clove garlic – crushed with skin on
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • Maldon sea salt flakes


Melt the butter and then add the garlic and thyme. Season the meat with sea salt flakes, and use the butter mixture to baste the meat continuously as you cook it.
