  • 500 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 20 g baking powder
  • 5 g salt
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml water

Method

Add the dry ingredients, then the egg and water. Knead until a soft, quite wet dough forms. Roll into 45 g balls and allow to rest for 5 minutes before cooking.
