  • 100 g castor sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1


Bring the sugar, water and lemon juice to the boil. Make sure the sugar is completely dissolved. Boil until the syrup starts to thicken slightly. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Store in the fridge until needed.
