The one meal almost everyone can agree on is chili. And while some like to stew for a long time, turkey does well when it is cooked quickly. So this is mostly just pouring everything into a pot and letting the flavors work on their own. If you don’t have anchovy paste, you can always sub in Worcestershire or fish sauce to get that extra hit of umami—you do need it, since turkey doesn’t have as much flavor as some other meats.
