I, like most sentient beings, love lasagna. But I am also way too lazy to make it most of the time. You have to preheat an oven? And layer things? And then wait forever for it to cook? No thanks. This soup gives you all the flavor of lasagna without the work. It uses beef, but you could easily sub in chicken or pork (or even keep it vegetarian!) if you wanted. So break up your lasagna noodles and make lasagna a little easier on yourself, won’t you?
