Five ingredients plus salt are all you need when you have the tangy softness of goat cheese paired with the crispness of a white wine. It’s such a perfect sauce that it can work across a multitude of pasta shapes—so pick your favorite! It’s simplicity at its best and a pasta everyone will want seconds of.
Put the water/broth and wine into a wide pot and bring to a boil. Add the salt and pasta and cook, stirring occasionally. As the liquid reduces and the pasta cooks, add more water/broth as needed.
