This is a four-ingredient meal that goes perfectly as a light lunch with a side of bread or as a lovely addition to a picnic. These little wraps are completely addictive once you get started. You can use this combination of flavors in so many other places too—use it on tartines, make a panini, throw it in pasta. There’s something about the salty and sweet that no one can stop eating.
