This dish is such a banger that it has become my go-to for when I have guests coming over and want them to feel like I went all-out, but actually don’t want to spend more than fifteen minutes making anything. Lamb chops feel decadent, but under the broiler they become a quick treat. And bulgur—which we normally reserve only for tabbouleh for some reason—cooks in ten minutes and is a superstar at melding the flavors of the olive and rosemary. A one-stop shop from start to finish!
