What could possibly be better than chocolate mousse? How about chocolate mousse with the tart sweetness of raspberries folded in? The bonus here is that, because of the raspberries, you don’t need any sugar, and this becomes one of those perfect four ingredient-wonders that will have everyone asking for the recipe.
To a microwave-safe bowl, add the raspberries and chocolate chips. Place in the microwave for thirty seconds. Remove and stir, smushing the raspberries into the chocolate. Microwave for fifteen more seconds, then stir again. If the chocolate hasn’t melted, repeat.
