This is a very simple dough, a basic sourdough with very little water. If you roll out some nice even circles of dough with a rolling pin they will pop up like pita bread in the oven. Perfect with dips and simple enough that children or less confident bakers can get involved and get good results as you don’t need to deal with sticky dough or shaping here. Vary the seeds depending on what you have in the cupboard or keep it simple with herbs and olive oil or some Parmesan.
