Blue Cheese and Red Onion Marmalade Twists

Savoury pastries always sell well in the bakery; I think we are collectively able to convince ourselves that a savoury pastry is permissible while a sweet one is a treat. The combination of sweet marmalade and salty cheese is stunning here; they also work with other cheeses such as grated Parmesan or Cheddar and you can omit the marmalade or use a good shop bought one if you don’t have time to make the version.
