Brioche Feuilletée

My French should be better than it is but with a French-speaking husband this just made me lazy as on our trips to Paris to visit his grandmother, he could ask for anything I needed and I could only offer a badly accented ‘Hello’ and ‘Thank you’. So I cannot pronounce or spell this pastry without some effort; I’m tempted to go with the more prosaic Australian ‘snails’ at times. It is flaky brioche; as if brioche did not already have enough butter, one laminates it again and the pastries com
