The electricity bill for the bakery is painfully high and so any residual heat from the oven that we can use after the bread has been baked feels like a win. I have fallen into the habit of using the deck oven for everything. I especially love to roast vegetables for salads, focaccia toppings and soups; it is also useful for fruit, compotes and jams.
