Pumpkin Scones

Growing up in Australia in the 1980s and 1990s, pumpkin scones were a familiar sight at birthday parties, school fêtes and bake sales alongside fairy bread, Anzac biscuits, lamingtons and the ubiquitous sausage sizzle.
