Strudel dough is so satisfying to handle – it needs to be stretched until it is extraordinarily thin and covers a table. A short film, shared by my customer Kata, of her grandma deftly handling the dough on her kitchen table and rolling strudel with a dedicated strudel cloth spurred me to make my own and I have gathered tips and details from Hungarian staff too; thank you
