This sarcastic take on it, created in collaboration with James Stevenson, involves making a vermouth flavoured with Monster Munch snacks and garnished with an empty packet that can either be shrunk in a hot oven (not fan-assisted) or lightly blow torched then pegged to the glass. The overall finish is strong and dry with distinctive pickled onion notes.
