Story Martini

The best way to describe this is as a salt and vinegar martini combined with the fruity flavours of strawberry and guava-flavoured vodka. When creating it for Tom Sellers’ Michelin-starred Story restaurant in London, I knew that Tom liked tarragon and I wanted to match that to a flavour that worked well with it; strawberry fitted the bill.
