The flavours of Asia in a martini. This drink came about when Michael from Rabbit in the Moon and I were having a chat about gin, and we decided to try and make an ‘anti-gin’. In the conventional sense this isn’t a gin at all, we simply put a tiny bit of juniper into the recipe to be able to call it gin, but it’s mainly made with shiso, so really it’s an Asian-inspired ‘gin’.
