Heat your oven to 200°C/400°C/Gas Mark 6. Juice the lemons and collect the husks, then place the husks on a baking tray (sheet) and cook in the oven for about 1½ hours, or until black all the way through, checking them every 30 minutes. Leave to cool. Place in a Thermomix or heavy-duty blender along with the rapeseed oil. Blend for 10 minutes at high speed. Strain and bottle.
