  • 50 g (1¾ oz) cherry bark chips
  • 700 ml (1½

Method

Put the cherry bark and vodka into a vac bag and seal. Place the bag in a sous vide machine set at 60°C (140°F) and cook for 1 hour. Strain then add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
