A simple twist on a whisky sour: the anise flavour of absinthe works well with whisky; coffee is another natural partner to whisky, and by making it into an oil I could give the drink some texture.
Ingredients
50 ml 1¾ fl oz 10 ml 2
Method
Shake over ice and double strain into a tumbler. Garnish with the ground coffee.
