Alexanders is a plant that grows on marshland on the outskirts of London. It tastes like a cross between fennel and celery, and this drink, created for Restaurant Story – is inspired by it. The Alexanders along with some of the other flavours are things that the birds on the marshland might eat.
Multiply the ingredients to the number of servings you need. Stir them together, pour into a bottle and serve from the fridge.
