Designed to be paired with a scallop dish on Tom Sellers’ menu at Story, this is packed with herbaceous hits and would make a refreshing drink prior to a meal.

Method

Multiply the ingredients up to the number of servings you need. Mix in a glass bottle then store in the fridge, leave until chilled and pour straight from there.
