  • 1 globe artichoke
  • 700 ml ( pts) Tapatio Blanco tequila

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Place the artichokes on a baking tray (sheet) and roast them whole for 30 minutes. Remove and leav
