This is something I was asked to create for a Turkish restaurant. It is basically an espresso martini but uses the anise flavour of raki in place of vodka as it works so well with coffee. The caramelized yoghurt syrup adds texture.
Ingredients
45 ml 1½ fl oz 25 ml ¾
Method
Shake really well over ice, then double strain into a chilled glass.
