• 40 g (1½ oz) lemon balm
• 1.5 L (3

Add both ingredients to a large vac bag and seal to the maximum allowed without spillage. Place in a fridge and leave to infuse for 4 hours. Strain and bottle. If not using in the Apple cocktail, this will need to be carbonated. If using in the Apple cocktail, the whole drink will be carbonated so there’s no need to do it at this point.
