Method

Place all the ingredients in a vac bag and seal to the maximum pressure the bag will take without leaking. Infuse overnight. Strain through a chinois, pushing down to extract as much of the liquid as possible from the hops. Pour the liquid into the evaporation flask of a rotary evaporator.
