It’s well worth keeping your kitchen stocked with these ingredients, then you can throw this dish together at short notice. It’s really easy to prepare and the smell of roasting garlic is just fantastic.
Depending on the type of pasta you are using, the cooking times will differ, but you just need to cook the tagliatelle so that it is ready at the same time as the roasted sauce. I like to use a rich egg pasta that only t
