This is a naughty treat to have midweek, but it is a good standby to turn to if you only have time to grab some basics on your way home.
Place the Mars bars in a small saucepan with the milk, Tia Maria or brandy and coffee and gently melt everything together to create a sauce. Once smooth, leave to cool slightly to thicken.
In two sundae glasses, glass dishes or one larger bowl to share, layer up the scoops of ice-cream, crumbled biscuits and mocha toffee sauce and serve straight away.
