Freshly baked cookies, still warm from the oven, are virtually impossible to resist, so what could be better than having some cookie dough in the freezer to create instant home-made cookies to enjoy with a cuppa? These are light and crispy on the edges, but still remain slightly soft and chewy in the middle. In my book, that is what’s otherwise known as ‘perfect’.
