Be warned, this is very moreish.
Mix together the Parmesan, chilli powder and salt and keep to one side.
Place a large saucepan over a high heat. Once it is hot, add enough oil to just cover the bottom of the pan (about 3 tablespoons should be plenty). Stir in the popcorn until it is coated in the oil. Cover the pan with a lid and wait a minute or two for the popping (and fun) to start. Shake the pan a couple of times
