When whole bulbs of garlic are roasted, they become wonderfully soft, mellow and sticky, making them perfect to squeeze out and spread on to some toasted ciabatta. Try dipping the toasted ciabatta into olive oil and balsamic vinegar for added flavour.

Ingredients

  • 2 bulbs of garlic
  • olive oil, for drizzling
  • 1-2 loaves of ciabatta
  • extra-virgin

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6.
