This very tasty alternative to fish pie makes a great Friday night fish supper. Please don’t be put off by the long list of ingredients. It is really straightforward to make and can easily be put together the day before and kept in the fridge, ready to bake when needed. There’ll be plenty to serve four hungry people with a big bowl of salad or it will easily stretch to six if you serve some nice Italian bread on the side.
