If you love a traditional Sunday roast but need some inspiration to liven it up a little, then read on.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt
  • about 1.2-1.5 kg boned rib of beef

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6.

Heat the oil in a sturdy roasting tray on the hob. Rub plenty of salt over the beef. Spread the mustard over the surface and then press the pepper and demerara over the top so they cling on to the mustard.

Brown
