This can be prepared and baked at the same time as the Lazy Tray-baked Chicken. It is a good idea to leave the cooked crumble resting for a good 5 minutes before serving because it will be very hot. This also gives time for the juices to thicken slightly.

Ingredients

For the Filling

  • 600 g plums, stoned and cut into wedges
  • 450 g eating apples, peeled, cored and cut into bite-sized chunks

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6.
