Repeat after me ... ‘I made these oatcakes.’ Sounds good, doesn’t it?

Ingredients

  • 250 g fine oatmeal

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4.

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz. Gradually add about 75ml boiling water until you have a pliable dough.
