You’ll probably find people will eat your biscuits and leave the cheese selection.
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend briefly until you have a firm dough.
On a floured surface and using lightly floured hands, roll into a log shape about 5cm in diameter and wrap in clingfilm. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
